RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and exchanges are possible only for items that have the original packaging or tags attached, and are unaltered, unworn and have not been laundered. Please note that all customized products (including but not limited to hemming, embroidery, and lettering) are final sales. Samples and sizing sets purchased at a 50% discount will not be accepted for return or credit. Items shipped incorrectly by M&L or defective products will qualify for a return or exchange (if not worn or washed) within 30 days of invoicing, and shipping costs will be covered by M&L.

Returns for exchange

Items that meet the above criteria may be returned within 30 days of invoicing for exchange. Items must be returned prepaid; M&L does not accept shipping charges for exchanges. Any price difference, less a 15% restocking charge, will be charged or credited to the original payment method upon approval of the exchange. M&L reserves the right to inspect all products being returned for approval before an exchange is performed. Items not approved will be returned at customers’ expense.

Returns for refund

Items that meet the above criteria may be returned within 30 days of invoicing for refund. Items must be returned prepaid; M&L does not accept shipping charges for returns. You will receive credit back to the original payment method for the purchase price of the item, less a 15% restocking charge. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please allow up to 10 business days for your credit to appear. M&L reserves the right to inspect all products being returned for approval before credit is issued; items not approved will be returned at customers’ expense.

Requesting a return or exchange

To avoid delays in processing, please contact our Customer Service department for a Return Authorization (RA) number and return form. The original invoice or packing slip number and reason for return must be provided. M&L reserves the right to return packages, at the customer’s expense, if they do not contain the required return form with a valid RA number.

Returns for repair

All items returned for repair must be returned prepaid and identified with the necessary repair information. They must be clean, or a $10.00 cleaning charge will apply. Shipping fees will apply and will be invoiced with the repairs.

Product warranty

All uniform items sold by M&L shall be warranted against flaws and faulty workmanship for a period of one year.

All items with Gore-Tex are covered by an additional 3-year performance warranty.

Should an item become defective during the warranty period, an RA number should be obtained from the Customer Service department and the item should be returned with the dated proof of purchase. M&L will promptly repair or replace any item deemed to be defective and will return it at no extra cost.

M&L reserves the right not to replace items under warranty following inspection if the problems are deemed to have been caused by abnormal wear and tear, improper cleaning, and damage from chemicals, fire, accidents or negligence.
